    Now I'm a single father of a 4 year old. Work full time and have classes to attend for my daughter. I haven't felt excited for a game in a long ass time. I'm super psyched for this! I'd like some people to play with casually. I haven't owned a computer since 2004ish but I bought a nice gaming laptop. If you'd like to add a veteran player who isn't a douche I'd gladly accept!

    I don't know how most of you feel, but I personally I hate playing ladders, and it makes me feel more stressed than enjoyment.

    I also hate being forced to start fresh and divert my attention away from my main characters, the loot I found for myself, and the progress I made overall. I don't want to feel forced into playing ladders to gain a power advantage, and I don't want to feel limited with my build potential if I don't play ladders.

    So please Blizzard/ Vicarious Visions only make cosmetics or achievements for ladder players, not actual important items and runewords. If you do this, I think it would solve the current problem concerning ladders as well for most people.

    When the Early Access to the Open Beta kicks off on Friday, August 13 at 10:00 a.m. (PDT), viewers on Twitch will be able to earn Twitch Drop rewards (Friday-only) by tuning into their favorite streamers on that platform. Time-based Drops (available in qualifying regions) will be unlocked by watching streamers in the Diablo II: Resurrected category. To play in the Windows® PC Diablo II: Resurrected Early Access test, viewers will need to watch a total of 2.5 hours. Keep in mind that the drops will conclude on August 14 at 12:00 p.m. (PDT), so make sure to tune in no later than 9:30 a.m. (PDT).

    PLEASE NOTE: Before tuning in, please make sure that your Battle.net account is properly linked to your Twitch account.

    A Poem about the D2 Beta Launch

    Does D2R not having TCP/IP mean no Open Bnet?

    Maybe I'm not understanding properly. Are Single Player characters in D2R stuck playing solo now with the removal of TCP/IP or is there still an option to join friends?

    D2 Trading Platform

    Hey guys,

    I've been working hard on releasing beta for my D2/D2R Trading Platform alongside the actual beta.

    So here it is.

    For now you can post Runes, Unique Items and some Set Items.

    To Do: All Set Items, Rune Words, Magic Items and Rare Items.

    I've posted some items there just for people to see how the platform looks like with some items in it. The more items, the better of course.

    So what's hard about it? Well, you know that D2's item stats vary in a certain range. So it's quite a lot of work to create the actual items. So, the items that are available to post - you can actually set the stats to exactly the item you want to sell. The rest, will take time to make, especially Rare items. They are insane in nature.

    So beta starts tomorow, play a bit, try posting an item if you want. It works by registering an account on the website (i need this step to reduce unwanted spam) very quickly in order to post an item but you can view all posted items without being registered.

    For the now the way to actually trade is to post an item, leave a comment, like "i want this and this for it" or "need offers" or whatever you want to say. Your battletag will be posted automatically (make sure that it is your real battletag) because you supply it when registering the account on the website and people can reach you via the battletag to discuss the trade and do it.

    I've been thinking about people who don't want to post an item but to ask for an item. I am open to ideas. If the trading platform has a lot of postings, people will always find what they need.

    Maxed out the options so Assassin and Druid got combined. You can clarify that in the comments. Also, will you play this class in Beta and launch or save it for Ladder season?

    I got bored with Valhiem so I decided to go for frantic murder-blast action and reinstalled D3. Oh hey, my followers can wear armor and there are new colors of loot.

    It's neat how disappointed I was in this game when it first came out and how it's become one of my favorites.

    Hope D4 will be as good.

    How to use barbarian WW rend????

    Can some one please explain how the hell I use WW rend properly? What I should be spamming/ doing with all my skills? Is their a video some one can link me to that explains how to use this build properly? I feel like I am just spamming every button and hoping not to die! Thanks for any help/ video links!

    The initial Diablo 2 Resurrected meta will be the first of it's kind since 2003.

    In 2003, when patch 1.10 launched, the hacked items were finally removed and a bunch of new items and runewords were added. The first ladder season lasted from October 28th 2003 to July 7th 2004, during this time on NL we had a meta that included the new 1.10 NL items but none of the ladder items. With the release of D2R, we will finally have an approximation of this NL meta until the first reset. The differences are mainly the respec tokens and the 1.11 runewords, but the major similarity being the lack of ladder-only items.

    I am excited to see how this plays out since the infamous smiter and v/t builds are but a shadow of themselves without grief. The only thing I really remember about pvping during this era is making a WW-sin and playing my 1.09 zealer with limited success in pvp, does anyone else remember anything about that roughly 8 month period?

    Here is my list of character builds (and notes) that I feel are the strongest to play when starting a new character during a new ladder season. I hope this gets most of you on the right foot when the Diablo 2 Resurrection comes to release on Sept. 23rd 2021. Until then - Happy Beta Testing.

    AMAZON:

    [20] Exploding Arrow, [20] Fire Arrow

    Get the skill 'Valkyrie' if you think you need a tank to hold back enemies.

    ASSASSIN:

    [04] Burst of Speed, [20] Wake of Fire, [20] Fire Blast

    Runeword 'Leaf' Staff (Tir+Ral)

    Burst of Speed increases your trap laying speed.

    Claws with skill mods are available in nightmare.

    BARBARIAN:

    [20] Bash, [20] Stun, [01] Battle Command

    Find a Barbarian Helm w/ +1-3 to 'Bash' mod.

    DRUID:

    [20] Fissure, [20] Firestorm

    Runeword 'Leaf' Staff (Tir+Ral)

    Find a Druid's Pelt w/ +1-3 to 'Fissure' mod.

    NECROMANCER:

    For Attack Rating problems, use the Angelic Ring + Amulet combo for a huge bump in AR.

    Make the Runeword 'Insight' for a caster character's Mercenary. (Ral+Tir+Tal+Sol)

    HOW TO LEVEL:

    Run Tristam (Act 1: Save Cain Quest) until level 15.

    Run Tal Rasha's Tombs (Act 2: Canyon of Magi) until Level 20.

    Run Tombs, Chaos Sanctuary (Act 4), Cows (Act 1: After Normal Baal kill) until Level 23.

    Kill the Ancients (Act 5) to reach level 24.

    Run Baal (Act 5) until level 40-45.

    Run Baal (Nightmare) until level 60-70.

    Run Chaos/Baal (Hell) until desired level.
