But unfortunately, it was abandoned by the original author, BrightLord. However, not all is lost. He gave us, the newly formed Tchernobog Development Team who consists of qndel (lead dev), V0idwalker and Sergi4UA the source code to release new and exciting features. The screenshot you are seeing here is just one of the things to come. Currently, we are working to bring the world of Sanctuary to the Linux platform, add quests to multiplayer and fix bugs that plagued the original release. We can't guarantee that all the features will be implemented... but who knows... Like that the Stats are back, Really like that Skills will have Stat Brakepoints for special effects, will probably like the Revisioned skill tree with better and more interesting Clusterisation, and i Hope all the Passives are meaningfull an impactfull for Build Customisation because every class hs so few of them.... ​ I personally like the changes regarding to Itemisation, that they are bringing back Uniques, that they will try to make all Raritys Potentially BiS depending on the Build you make. I like that the Items start to have theyr'e own attack speeds and Implicites.... ​ I think Itemisation is, like Bariga at blizzcon 2019 at the reveal said, one of the moste important aspects and systems of an ARPG... I would like that the D4 Devs Consider making Real Life base types of Items,1h swords (shortsword,Saber,Basket, broadword Hook sword,Gladius, Katana) 2H Swords (Zweihander, Claymore, ODachi...) , 1H and 2H Axes, Bows, XBows, Armors ( cloth, leather, sturded leather, Chainmail, pLate mAil, Breastplates adn so on), Jewelery..... Make theyre models ingame look like the real world counterparts.... Make raritys look slite different depending on the Rarity of item... Example.... 1H Falchion, Normal looks like normal Steel and or Rusted, Magic stainless steel, Rare maybe with some ornaments or gravings, Legendary maybe Damascus, and Uniques could be the Devs special flavored Unique take on the historic pieces of Weapon and Armor..... Every Base could have his own Implicit depending on Type... ​ I am afraid blizzard will have it streamlined too much, like all 1H wands will have % crit strike chance and all 2h Staffes %resource regen.... Wouldnt it be much better having like 5 bases of 1H wands each with theyre own special implicite ? Falchions, Sabers, Gladius, Shortsword each having its own Special Affix.... All 1H and 2H Axe types each with is own special affix and attack speed... It seems like blizzard will have like all axes have Bleed chance as special affix.... maybe i am Wrong who knows, they didnt show more than one item base of each Type..... Imagine a 2H zweihander has allways a% range of chance of culling strike as an implicite but has slower attack speed than a 2H claymore or Ogachi, a 2H Claymore has %chance to reduce armor or Defence for a certain amount, Ogachi %deadly strike and so on... ​ This would again make Item Bases much more Valuable for crafting, You would like to choose the Implicite you would liek for youre build.... submitted by /u/UsernameSucksCocks [link] [comments]

Diablo 3 Wizard Hydra Posted: 05 Jan 2021 12:49 PM PST So i got the Typhon set and did all my gears and equipment identical to my mate who helped me set it all up and our EQ's are IDENTICAL but I can only do GR 80 at most while he's out there doing solo 100 like it's nothing. My goal for this season was to make a LoN build including Avalanche, here is what I tried and my thoughts: Posted: 05 Jan 2021 08:52 AM PST Version 1: Frenzy + Avalanche (LINK to D3Planner) Pros: · Super fun to play and gear for, because you don't get all Ancients in 20 GRs or so… · Super tanky and sustainable – Band of Might, Aquila, LoD + Simplicity's Strength leach · At max stacks of Frenzy and Echoing Fury you hit like a lunatic. · On a good map where you can group things well you melt everything super quickly. Cons: · Hard to gear for · Not good for speed GRs · You can't utilize the CDR reduction of Avalanche for Fury spent, so you rely on Threatening Shout and Ground stomp to cast it. · Ground stomp animation takes too long, so Threatening shout is best for casting Avalanche (time for which you hit at least 6-7 times with Frenzy) Thoughts: I tried it with lvl 90 gems, paragon around 800-840 on Hardcore and did a really bad map GR 90 in around 6 minutes with absolutely no problem, but damage comes 98% from Frenzy and Battle Rage – Bloodshed. ​ Version 2: Seismic Slam + Avalanche/Earthquake (LINK to D3Planner) Pros: · The most fun I have had with a Barb in a long time both for play and gearing · Everything you do freezes…EVERYTHING! · Can be quite speedy – I did consistently GR 80s with gems around 75-80 and no great gear at paragon 650-750 · The loads of Fury you spent with SS works greatly with the CDR reduction of Avalanche, so you cast the skill itself quite often · You can use Earthquake with Molten Fury and have a good cycle on CoE on fire also. Cons: · You might have a small problem with Fury sustain if you haven't player it before (but not after this) · I wouldn't call it an Avalanche build, because you might even skip it and use only SS + EQ and it might even work better. (Girdle of Giants in belt slot + Nemesis bracer in cube worked great for Speed GRs) · Aquila Cuirass is basically a stat stick, you never stay at full Fury. I was thinking of going all Fire – Cindercoat, Magefist and fire runes for all skills before I saw that Permafrost rune does more damage + it's easier to proc Fjord Cutter) · Hard to gear for and impossible out of the current seasonal theme (4th cube slot) submitted by /u/bamzelot [link] [comments]

Diablo 3 still not 4K on XSX... Posted: 04 Jan 2021 10:53 PM PST It's been nearly two months since the release of the Xbox Series X, and Diablo 3 still continues to run the Xbox One version of Diablo 3 through backwards compatibility instead of the enhanced Xbox One X version of the game.
