Diablo 2 - Necromancer build question Posted: 19 Jul 2021 05:45 PM PDT Hey. I'd like to ask some questions in regards of either Summonmancer or Hybridmancer for Necromancer in D2. The Fandom pages for those say that Skeletal Mage needs only 1 point. I could see that on Hybridmancer, but why not for Summonmancer? Don't we actually summon less horde if we don't put more points on the summoning? It's been a DAMN while since I played a Necro, so I'd like to know. Thanks. [link] [comments]
Posted: 19 Jul 2021 04:05 AM PDT I want to get into reading the books and I'm interested in the whole story behind diablo 1, mainly the "darkening" of Tristram. However when I look up the books it seems like they are either just the Sin Wars or events during D2 and nothing really talking about D1, or am I missing one? [link] [comments]
As someone who’s never played Diablo 2 (but enjoys ARPGs) will I like Resurrected? Posted: 19 Jul 2021 05:37 PM PDT For reference, I liked Diablo 3 but don't play much of it now. [link] [comments]
Unopened D2 Collector's Edition just sold on eBay for 4.4k lol Posted: 19 Jul 2021 09:12 PM PDT Title says it all, totally bonkers! I have a new unopened copy myself, debating on putting it up for sale. Hmmm... [link] [comments]
Do you think we could get a second expansion of diablo resurrected? Posted: 19 Jul 2021 05:40 PM PDT If they do the things right, and it seems they are doing it they should sell alot of copies, they wouldnt wasting a chance? Plus id loove so much a new and good expansion. Maybe how they did new tristam [link] [comments]

Quest Cannot be completed in this game fix in D2R? Posted: 19 Jul 2021 08:57 AM PDT Hey guys, I'm sure you're all familiar with the classic scenario, you and your friend delve into the monastery barracks, kill the smith, one of you picks up the hammer and completes the quest, only after this do you realize that you have to do the whole thing over for the other player. I guess my question is, was this always an intended feature? it makes it painful to beat the campaign with a friend or two in your party. Do they have any intention of fixing this? Nothing turns an exciting quest into a tedious slog than having to redo it just to catch up the other players. When I ran through act I-V with my girlfriend it added probably another 10 hours onto the game just rerunning bosses and grabbing quest items twice. I really hope this is something they plan to change in D2R. [link] [comments]
Posted: 19 Jul 2021 08:08 PM PDT So if I just want to play beta I don't have to buy? I bought the game already but now I want to refund it. Why not if I can try it out for free. Early access beta is meaning less it gets reset anyway [link] [comments]
Anyone have a set of keys I may have or buy? Posted: 19 Jul 2021 05:28 PM PDT With D2R coming so soon I'd prefer not to buy D2 + LoD from Blizzard and would prefer to benefit a member here. If they're not using their keys and are willing to give or sell them to me, I'd sincerely appreciate it! [link] [comments]
Necromancer or WD for a lazy summoner build? Posted: 19 Jul 2021 06:48 AM PDT I want to play diablo again and want to play one of these classes. I really like lazy summoner builds where your minions do your thing and you dont need to do much for them. From what I understand WD has permanent summons while necros has duration, but necro's damage is more minion oriented while WD's are responsible for a smaller part of its damage? Can someone give me some insight [link] [comments]
Posted: 19 Jul 2021 06:08 AM PDT I am confuse here. I need to complete campaign first before doing seasonal event? never play diablo 3 before. So doing seasonal event i need to start from lvl1 with a different character? [link] [comments]
I don't understand the hate for D3 Posted: 19 Jul 2021 01:22 AM PDT Hi guys, as the title says, I don't understand why people hate on Diablo 3 so much! D3 in its current iteration is sooooo soooo much better than the release version! Diablo 1 was an amazing game. It had a completely different tone and was much more of a horror game. Diablo 2 was much more colourful than Diablo 1 and although it had a dark setting as well, it wasn't as dark as Diablo 1 (atleast from what I remember). Diablo 3 really disappointed me in the beginning when it came out and I was like wtf what's with this cartoony shit, but, when I started playing, I felt the design was matching the tone. There are so many good things about Diablo 3: 1- ability to change skills at a drop of a hat preventing you from being locked into a bad build by mistake. 2- a great endgame which increases the replayability of the game. 3- great monster design. 4- diverse classes which don't feel samey. 5- each class can be OP. I could go on but I will end with one last point. As a father of two young kids, I don't have the time to put into my favourite hobbies that I used to before. Being able to jump in, do a few gr's and achieve something at the end and then leaving really is such a boon! I was a bit sad to see Diablo 4 gameplay shift back into the slower action of d2 as I got so used to the fast pace of Diablo 3. Anyways, no hate guys, let us try to keep things civil :) [link] [comments] |
