    I know it's been confirmed that we'll now see unique item art actually displayed on our chars instead of a base artwork that doesn't look like the unique/item (Huge fan of this btw :D) ...But do we know if we'll also see the same art displayed on our mercenaries?

    I think it would be really cool to also see your mercenary geared up with the stuff you put on them!

    Pure frozen orb sorc

    Hello!

    I`m building pure frozen orb sorc, i`m now lvl 71 and just did a respec. I plan to farm nightmare for now, and later i`m gonna do hell with my wife who`s playing barbarian, so i dont care about immunities, i just want to kill stuff.

    I dont have gear yet, i have a staff that has +3 frozen orb and i put memory runeword on it so it has +3 FB and +3 all, i have +1 chest and +1 helm, so my frozen orb is at 28lvl and is oneshotting almost anything.

    I tried blizzard, but i honestly kill stuff faster with frozen orb and it actually hits instantly.

    I tried lightning, but without infinity, my frozen orb is killing Nightmare baal a lot faster than almost maxed lightning. (with 20 points in cold mastery)

    I didnt try fire yet, might give it a go, and then i`ll remake my sorc since i dont have more respecs.

    My question is, what should i dump the rest of my skillpoints in if i only want 20 points in frozen orb, ice bolt and ice mastery?

    Should i go for ice shields? Warmth? Maybe skip vitality, put all into energy and play energy shield?

    Diablo IV: All damage types used by each class?

    For example I think Rogue is using: Shadow. Poison. Cold. Physical?

    I just wanted to remind the community that Crafted items, unlike Rare items can roll unique item suffixes like Crushing Blow, Dual Leech, +skills on gloves, etc!

    And while Rune Words are obviously the best for socketable items, item classes like Gloves/Belts/Rings/Amulets/Boots when crafted can roll some of the Best suffixes in the game! Even better than some of best unique items!

    New ladder character expires in 11 days? Whats this?

    Just started a new char in D2 ladder and now when I logged out it says expires in 11 days.

    Will my character get deleted or what am I missing?

    Alternative to expanding inventory in D2r

    I am sure this has been suggested but I haven't seen much discussion about possibly increasing the inventory space in the cube. This could be a nice compromise allowing for more efficient item farming while avoiding the concerns about making chars too OP with a charm inventory. So lets put it to a vote. Would you rather have the following inventory changes?

    That pale guy again (D3/D4 trailer spoilers)

    I googled up some theories on who the pale guy is and a lot of people seemed to think he was Rathma. There isn't any more official word on his identity, is there?

    I just finished RoS for the first time and the endgame cinematic followed by the D4 trailer gave me the willies. What if the pale guy who calls Lilith "mother" is just our Nephalem?

    This would mean that canonically the Nephalem hero from D3 is the male necromancer, from the look of him. It's not the same voice actor but that doesn't mean anything because they recast characters from one game to the next quite a bit.

    How viable is that 3 socket item that lets you teleport, Enigma right?

    Does it have a cooldown etc, or can it be spammed as if you were a sorcerer?

    Will Zoo Keeper Necros be set loose?! Time to remove the summon cap limit?

    Those who used to play D2 from the start may remember that Necromancer had the ability to summon unlimited Revives etc. This was later capped and patched because of lag and game drops from the overload.

    Now that D2 is going to be played on modern hardware should this cap be removed?

    D2: Resurrected Hardcore Patch Update Suggestion

    I'd like to see what everyone would think about an update like this to D2: Resurrected.

    This would be a patch update I'd love to see, both changes would have to be made for it to work:

    Allow hardcore characters to be booted down to normal ladder or non ladder, (depending on if it was ladder or non ladder) when they die, instead of being erased forever.

    Then (so there's still a reason to play and stay in hardcore as long as you can, and will also bring many players to hardcore) add a bunch of very rare unique drops and rune words that are Ladder-Hardcore only. Those would be brought with the characters on death, just like ladder to non ladder.
