    Not that expert of the lore. Also i never liked the guy except for the lovecraftian vibes of his speech, but now i'm curious. Who is this guy? Do Diablo choose a random person to use as a tool to distract Tyrael (and have fun torturing his mind during a boring trip), or there's an actual story about him?

    Hello everyone, this topic may have been covered already but I could not find it

    for the ones like me that are interested in farming high end gear it might be confusing what you should be running (solo GR, Group GR, Keys, Bounties) . Sorry for the long post.

    As I am looking to complete my gear and don t care too much about my paragon I was wondering what was the best method. So i logged a small sample of how much mats I accumulated (did that only for 3h but it should be easy to adjust your values).

    TDLR:

    -do not do public GR to farm items, even fast solo GR are not realy worth it. Do it because of the XP/GEM (so only if you can gain more xp per hour solo than on keys and you can't rat)-Keys + necessary bounties is BY FAR the best way to farm items

    here is summary table of number of a specific legendary I would get per hour given each method:

    some assumptions:

    Keys have been run with focus on accumulating mats so I would open chests and weapon/armor racks and try to pickup a full inventory per run (not more). Bounties were run with a slight attention to getting mats but in order not to slow down the group I usually had 3/4 of an inventory picked up by act (all 5 bounties).

    While not super high level (paragon 1500) my char are fairly effective at clearing fast so YMMV. I picked GR levels that I would ALWAYS clear under 3 minutes although with cleanup/ID/gambling upgrade time it ended up running slightly above 4 min per run (12-15 run per hour depending on level).

    So banwave this season or nah? 4 out of top 5 HC Demon Hunters are botters. FOUR OUT OF FIVE!!

    It's getting pretty ridiculous. There are so many botters now since Blizzard refuse to take action. 4 out of the 5 top DH in HC are botters and have been botting since they weren't banned in the previous seasons.

    I know Blizz is short on manpower but let me help you guys. It's really simple.

    2 main criteria:

    • Uptime for these guys are all 1500+ hours for season 20 with most of their hours on Barb

    • Birds of a feather flock together. They are all in the same clan and play with each other. 1 of them (K*) was in the same clan but he left to lower risk of ban lolol. Just check previous seasons.

    That clan has 10+ botters easily btw not even counting their bounty bots. So many players with 1200+ hours on barb in S20....

    This can be applied to SC botters as well - humanly impossible uptime and in the same clan and/or group with each other.

    Is it better to solo or farm with a party in D3?

    I just started playing D3 with friends 3 days ago and we're not that strong to go higher difficulties(max we can go is torment IV).

    I was thinking in terms of farming legendary or rare loots, if it's better to farm solo on lower difficulty(say torment II) or higher in a group of 3(torment IV)?

    Sorry if this seems like bragging but it is just more of a YEAH! I hit a goal of mine to do GR100 in HC. I would have hit the goal a lot earlier in the season, but, I got caught up in Ikoria (Magic the Gathering set) and just started back up on D3 after having my Wizard at GR92

    Stats on completion:
    1.4 mil DPS
    Paragon 715

    I was a bit surprised that where my Mage was at was able to clear GR100 without any fishing and without procing at 99 or 100 as I feel my non-seasonal Necro is WAY above Hydra Wizard in terms of gear but... you know.. is squishy =(

    Haven't felt this good on accomplishing something in this game since doing the old Torment X runs in Vanilla with my zero generator Zombie Bear build, heh

    Season's end??

    So new to Seasonal, been playing on non-seasonal characters for a bit, do i keep my transmogs for my next seasonal? And currently, can i only access seasonal items with other seasonal characters? cuz tbh all my slots are full to the brim and not sure what i should as im kind of a hoarder. Ive never had this many good items at the same time

    For the Witch Doctor Mundunugu set, is it better to have the Barber as the main hand and the Soul Harvester cubed? Or vice versa? I see some of the top people on the leaderboard for wd using The Barber as their main but I'm not sure why. I personally use the Sacred Harvester as my main hand and cubed The Barber. So which way is better?

    Hi,

    first of all, my char:

    light soso: Griffons+ light facet, Hoto, Eni, Arach, Chance gloves, Mara, Spirit, WT, 2xNagel, 1x gheed 40%, some+5AR SK, Torch, Ani

    Swap: CTA+Spirit

    Merc: Inf+forty+andy

    Total MF: 269 Total GF: 354 FCR: 117 FHR: 55 FRW: 70

    Damage: 25k i can improve it with 2SOJ but i think it's not worth lose 60mf to gain 3k damage.

    Well, i'm doing this run: LK-Rakanishu-Griswold-Leg+cows-Pit (clear)-Condess+ghosts-Andy-Ancient Tunnels-Travi-Meph-Eldritch+chest-Shenk-Pindle-Worldstone K

    It is very long and I don't know if it is really worth doing all those points, or if it is more worth focusing on a few and doing more runs. What do you think?

    Help to be un squishy

    I am currently running a wrath of wastes barbarian build and fairly new to the game. I am usung the icy veins guide to the build and still looking for some of the gear. I can run torment 14 but my barbarian is exceptionally squishy. Does any 1 have any tips to make him tougher? I am currently farming materials to re roll stats in cube any advice would be appreciated

    Can't use ingame chat, Chatban? D2LOD

    Hello,

    Yesterday the Diablo 2 LOD ingame chat stopped working, I was talking to a friend in a game and suddenly my messages were no longer being sent.

    I can wisper, I can write with the "!" ahead, I can write normal in the channel (before joining a game) but I can't write normal in the game when I'm in a game.

    I have restarted the game, I have restarted the pc, I have reinstalled the game 3 times, I have put official patches, I have tested compatibility with other Windows.

    I've also tried / unignore (me) / unsquelch (me).

    I do not know what to do.

    Please help.
