| Is it worth it to play Vanilla D3? Posted: 15 Feb 2020 01:16 PM PST I bought D3 when it first came out, but didn't play much. Now I am wanting to play it again, and wondering if I need to have RoS to enjoy the game? Thanks for all the replies everybody! | The state of Wizard on the latest PTR Patch Posted: 15 Feb 2020 03:05 AM PST Wizard is in a bad way,checked the top 100 unimpressive clears, 6 people in the top 100 using the set. Everyone else was Lon hydra and one person who used Vyrs. Still early but people should have their builds saved and be able to test, looks like they really screwed up the maths by destroying the supporting items but only giving the set a 20% bump in additive damage. Hydra defense bonus is STILL not reflected on character sheet and Wizard also seems extremely fragile even though it should be extremely tanky with the set 80% and Halo of Karini and shields, still dying easily even on GR 100, feels like the set is definitely not giving 80% toughness at all with 10 Hydras. The channeling items feel terrible to play, we literally cannot stay still for long enough to proc them unless we have a very specific map layout and choke point. Also, the order your hydra loses heads is LAST CAST FIRST, meaning you need to cast hydra TWICE even to replace only one head. Watched Lexyu play it yesterday and it mirrored my experience. No toughness and no damage and not even a fun playstyle with only one skill supported and no damage bonuses for skills like black hole and blizzard which are missed opportunities [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 15 Feb 2020 01:02 PM PST One simple change - making the Ring of Emptiness apply to Witch Doctor pets can open up new playstyles. Gargs, zombie dogs, and fetishes all can get a chance if they got the ROE buff. There's no chance of it being op either, pets are still 3rd or 4th tier with a ROE buff applied to them. As it stands, pet builds for WD aren't even registering aside from darts. [link] [comments] | ||

I'm leveling a necro atm (lv20) and when I log on her, the gems aren't in the stash. What am I missing here? [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 15 Feb 2020 10:31 AM PST Assuming Hardcore and being an average player, which build can stack the most amount of DR multipliers (Halo, Unity, etc) and still have respectable damage? Right now I am thinking it's some form of a Channeling build as you can stack Halo, Unity, Set/LoD DR, Shields and Mantle. Are there better ways? [link] [comments] | ||

| discussion about the new barb set Posted: 15 Feb 2020 07:14 AM PST not sure if blizz people will actually see this but a discussion with other players would be great. so- the new barb set focus's around frenzy, i know blizz want to keep it as straightforward with the standard 6 pieces, but in my opinion they should change the pants of the set to a shield. why you might ask? general QoL and the fact that it opens up possibilities, example, immortal kings has 7 pieces but doesn't have a shoulder piece, but has a legendary item that directly correlates with the set itself, if the frenzy set were to have this it would make the set so much better and generally much better to use, what do you guys think? I did not get atma working with my extended stash, so i tried mule, you have to use a modified version of mule to get it working. Link here from frozen : https://d2mods.info/forum/viewtopic.php?t=62872 They say it resolve a lot of problem, in my situation it worked, i had only "enjoy sp mod increase drop rate" who also increase size of inventory and stash.
