Can UE MS match WWrend in speed for low GR?

I have ~1500 paragon and the buffed whirlrend Barb is stupid fast (no more than 2 min per GR95). Is there a way for UE MS to match speed at GR90 besides having more paragon? Whenever I substituting defensive pieces for offensive ones my survivability drops to zero.

Stuck at GR 113 - Valor build

I'm racking my brain here. I recently switched from Flavor of Time to Squirt's but I think the extra damage taken is hurting my serviceability. I recently upgraded my gloves and belt but I just don't kill stuff fast enough.

Do I just need to start adding gems for more strength? Any thoughts?

Sunwuko Gear: Question

I was curious if anyone knows if the decoy that spawns and explodes is considered a pet. I want to use The Enforcer legendary gym to up its damage output but I'm not sure if it will actually get a damage boost. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
